Each sides of this split C70 contains a long-form piece composed via remote collaboration. On Side A, Smylex Attack (Mike Haley & Jamie Orlando) build unstable, gooey noise transmissions, convulsive spurts, restless sliding tones and glitchy cosmic detritus into an intense, bewildering trip through surreal alien landscapes. ardor.’s (Ryan Durfee & Alex Brooks) Side B unfolds as an evolving series of swirling, underwater drones and shimmering, deceptively-complex kosmische minimalism, continuously revealing new light-bending layers and hazy crevices within the sound.

This release is amazing. All of my favourite sounds (and sounds that I didn't know would be my favourite sounds) arranged in the most perfect way possible. I love love LOVE this.
